1)How can I get in touch with your customer service team?

2)I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?

    We aim to respond to all E-mails within 24hrs hours.

3)How long will shipping take?

   We are aiming to Dispatch your order ASAP but due to the pandemic,the shipping times will be longer

    For US orders:7 to 16 business days(often within 10 days)

    For Non-US orders:7-21 business days(often within 15 days)

4)Do you offer returns and refunds?

   Yes,we do Please check our returns and refund policy to know more.

5)What do i do if i received a faulty product?

   Please email us with your order number and a photo of the fault.The product should be unused and resellable including the original packaging with all the tags intact

 6)How soon will I get my Refund?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval. 

7) I am an international customer (outside USA.) Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

   Some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us.These charges,if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

   Yes from time to time we offer discounts and promotions.Sign up for our email and/or SMS alerts to receive news on special offers.

9)Why hasn't my tracking # been updated?

  Don’t fret! Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.

10)How do i change or cancel an order?

    If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away. We, unfortunately, cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises.

 11)How can I be featured on your gallery page?

     Awesome!You may either e-mail us your photo directly, or tag us on social media.
